✨ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your lashes — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened lash products cannot be returned.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

🌍 International Orders

We accept returns from international customers, however:

  • Return shipping is at your expense.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Original shipping costs, customs, and duties are non-refundable.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
 If you received a faulty item, please email us at info@stayathomelashes.com within 3 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.
