All orders are processed and shipped from the Netherlands.

We currently ship to:

⏱ Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or high-volume periods.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping for qualifying orders:

• Free shipping NL: Orders above €35

• Free EU shipping: Orders above €50
  

• Free EU shipping: Orders above €70
  

• Flat rate or calculated rates: Below the free shipping threshold

💸 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

🛑 Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
